The most commonly used metals in the manufacture of exhaust systems are rusty mild steel, aluminized steel or an inferior 409-grade of stainless. Mopar uses only Aircraft Quality T-304 Stainless Steel. It costs more than the other lesser grades of steel. To cut, bend and hand weld T-304 grade Stainless Steel takes special equipment too. Ask your local muffler shop if they can make a smooth, precision mandrel bend in a 2.50" 304 Stainless Steel pipe for you. You won't find many that can, and it won't be cheap. We also focus heavily on research and development to assure that the system fits performs and sounds better than any other system on the market. One of the most common upgrades on a modified car is mounting Strut Bars. A Strut Bar (also known as strut tower bar or strut brace) is designed to tie the two opposing strut towers together as a single solid unit. The purpose of a strut tower bar is to reduce flex that these towers experience during hard cornering. When taking a turn a car's strut towers normally flex, resulting in body flex and losing some traction. As Strut Tower Bars are designed to keep your strut towers from flexing, they distribute the pressure applied to one strut tower when taking a turn to both towers instead of just one. By tying in the upper suspension points at the shock towers, the strength and rigidity of the chassis increases while the overall handling performance of the vehicle improves. Mopar Performance strut tower bars are made from ultra strong and lightweight and offer the highest strength-to-weight ratio of any strut bar on the market.

New Quaife Traction Differentials for 5.7L Hemi ! Now available, new Quaife Traction Differentials for all 2005-2007 Chrysler300C, Dodge Charge R/T and Magnum R/t RWD 5.7L Hemi applications. These new Quaife differentials powers both drive wheels under nearly all conditions, instead of just one. The Quaife differential senses which wheel have the better grip, and bias the power to that wheel. It does this smoothly and constantly without removing power from the other wheel. In Drag-race style straight-line acceleration runs, this results in a close to ideal 50/50 power split to both drive wheels, resulting in essentially twice the grip of an ordinary differential. The Quaife Differential also controls loss of traction when the front wheels are on slippery surfaces such as ice and snow or mud, providing the appropriate biased traction needed to overcome these adverse conditions.
